 Masonic Bowling League

Information of all Masons of Pictou County.

The Masonic Bowling League operates on Monday nights from 7pm to 9pm and runs from September to March with fun and fellowship for all Masons. You do not need to know how to bowl, just how to have fun.

The League started in 1962 and has run every year since then. Due to membership falling off over the last few years it looks like the league may be  coming to a close due to lack of support by Masonic members. We would like to see this weekly get together stay in place but unless we have sign- ups for new members for the next season the league may be forced to shut down. This would be a shame as many a good time has been had over the years. If you are thinking of joining or would like more information please contact Reg Conrod at 752-6008 for information. With membership of approximately 550 Masons in Pictou County this League should be able to find enough masons to keep the tradition going for many years to come. Many Masons may not know of this fun filled weekly event. Waiting to greet new and old members alike I remain hopeful that some may answer the call.

 Sincerely,
 Reg Conrod
President
Masonic Bowling League

This information was presented in a draft form at the Workshop in November and several changes have been to update the information. This material is most interesting not just for new members but for "us old Past Masters" as well. It can be a good refresher for each of us.( If you do not have a password to the "Members Area" of the Grand Lodge site, apply on line now.
